Our Collaboration Terms

• Applicants are responsible for any applicable delivery, collection, travel, setup, or labour costs associated with the styled shoot.

• A minimum number of professionally edited, high-quality images may be required, depending on the products supplied for the collaboration.

• All submitted images must clearly showcase the products provided by Weeding Hire and be supplied within an agreed timeframe.

• By participating in an approved collaboration, applicants grant Weeding Hire permission to use the supplied images for marketing, advertising, social media, website content, and other promotional purposes.

• Weeding Hire will endeavour to acknowledge and credit all collaborators whenever possible.

• If any supplied products are not visible or cannot be effectively featured within the final images, additional hire charges may apply.

• Product availability is subject to existing bookings and current stock availability.

• Submission of a collaboration enquiry does not guarantee approval or acceptance of the application.
